Overview
Our return and refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to our valued customers. Once your furniture has been delivered and accepted, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Due to the nature of furniture items—which often involve size, color, and custom preferences—we urge all customers to thoroughly review product specifications, measurements, and images before placing an order.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect measurements or color expectations
- Items that do not fit through doorways, staircases, or elevators
- Minor variations in texture, color, or grain typical of natural materials
- Custom-made or special-order furniture
- To ensure satisfaction, we strongly recommend contacting our support team with any questions before finalizing your purchase.
Refunds
No refunds are issued after delivery. Once an item has been delivered and accepted by the customer, the transaction is considered final.
We carefully inspect every piece before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare event that your item arrives with visible damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us with photographs and a description of the issue. Any damage claims made after this window cannot be honored
Late or missing refunds
As our policy does not offer refunds after delivery, there will be no refund processing timelines or missing refund concerns.
If a refund was explicitly approved due to an exception (e.g., delivery damage reported within 24 hours), please contact our support team if you have not received your refund within the communicated timeframe
Sale items
All sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for any items after delivery. Please ensure your selection is accurate before purchasing, including size, color, configuration, and access pathways to your space.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and delivered directly to the recipient, it will be treated as a standard order. The no return, no refund, no exchange policy still applies post-delivery.
Shipping returns
Since returns are not accepted once delivery is complete, there are no return shipping procedures available.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence and order details. If approved, we will arrange a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
